Shallow? Who, me?

This guy is cute.

Christopher Gorham. Yes.
And he reminds me of Ben Whishaw when he smiles. But only from certain angles, mostly in full profile, but the second picture was the closest example I could find, and the resemblance isn't there at all straight-on. I'm not sure why I am making a connection between the two of them. They really look nothing alike but there's something there... every time he flashes a huge smile on Harper's Island (why, yes, I am guilty of watching shitty television series) I go a bit crazy and start shouting "BEN! BEN!" inside my head. Probably just because I am obsessed with him. To the point where I see him in anything and everything and should probably seek professional help. Anyway, yes, this man is very pretty too. Not as pretty as my Ben but he is nice to stare at. And moreso in motion than in photographs. Which is the way I feel about basically everyone - pictures never do a person total justice.
Oh my God, Amazon is having a 3-for-4 sale on pretty much all of their books that are under $10. OM NOM NOM. Must resist buying ten thousand books. Though, actually, most of them appear to be shitty thrillers and romance novels and the like. I don't know - I got tired of browsing through all of them after the first thousand or so. But there are a few on my wishlist that qualify and yes, they'd probably still be cheaper if I bought them used, but I'm a sucker for things shiny and brand new. And I've been rather disappointed with some of my used book purchases lately and their supposed "very good" condition. (Gee, I wasn't aware that a tattered cover and someone's random scribbled musings on every single page warranted a "very good" - that's only one step away from "like new", after all.)
Because I don't already have enough books or anything.
