So, a couple of years ago, I posted this entry with some random Last.fm stats so I thought I would post an updated one. At first, I was going to do both my milestones and my monthly artists/tracks but the website with the monthly stats has apparently closed so I could only do my milestones. It was weird, though, because the first seven or so tracks remained the same while the others all changed. The only reason I can think of for this has to do with deleting songs from my library. Sometimes I delete stuff if I end up noticing it's got some sort of typo so it makes sense that if they're deleted from the library it messes with all of the other songs. Anyway, it doesn't really matter. Some of the replacements are better than the songs that were originally there so I don't really care. Random comments added wherever I feel like making them.

1st track: St. Vincent - Now, Now
1000th track: Death Cab for Cutie - The Sound of Settling
2000th track: Rilo Kiley - Capturing Moods
3000th track: Emma Pollock - Paper and Glue
4000th track: Camera Obscura - Happy New Year
5000th track: Sleater-Kinney - Words and Guitar
6000th track: Kate Bush - There Goes a Tenner
7000th track: Rainer Maria - The Seven Sisters
8000th track: The Dresden Dolls - Rid of Me
9000th track: My Brightest Diamond - Goodbye Forever
10000th track: Mates of State - California
11000th track: 1997 - One Track Mind, Four Track Heart
12000th track: Tilly and the Wall - Poor Man's Ice Cream (Aww, Tilly! I miss them! I still wish o was better than it ended up being. Hopefully, they will release something new someday to make up for it.)
13000th track: Now It's Overhead - Nothing in Our Way (I never remember how fucking devastating this song is until I'm listening to it. The lyrics are really sparse but incredibly depressing. "I so regret all that I said/I meant none of it/Oh, no." "Your mind is made/It's much too late to ever change/I'm told.")
14000th track: Orenda Fink - Bloodline
15000th track: Crowsdell - Sad Eyes
16000th track: Stars - One More Night
17000th track: Bright Eyes - Down in a Rabbit Hole (It took me a long time to come around to this song. It probably ended up on this list by chance because I'm positive I didn't really listen to it much back then. But now I love it. It's so trippy but at the same time strangely soothing. Maria Taylor's vocals at the end are divine. Really, all of Digital Ash is much better than I gave it credit for; I love a lot of those songs now that I didn't much care for a few years ago.)
18000th track: The Hush Sound - Love You Much Better
19000th track: Jenny Lewis - Black Sand
20000th track: Bon Iver - Flume (Not a very fitting 20000th track because I'm not that big of a fan. I've listened to Bon Iver quite a few times now and I really wish I liked him but the music just does nothing for me. Maybe someday it'll click. Or maybe I'm trying too hard to make something happen that is never going to.)
21000th track: Jenny Lewis with The Watson Twins - You Are What You Love
22000th track: Orenda Fink - Invisible Ones Guard the Gate
23000th track: Bright Eyes - Old Soul Song (for the New World Order)
24000th track: Kristin Hersh - Rubidoux
25000th track: The Grates - Carve Your Name (Are they still around? I don't even know because their second album was that much of a disappointment to me. I can't even remember what more than three or four tracks sound like, including this one.)
26000th track: Copeland - Testing the Strong Ones
27000th track: Copeland - Priceless (Interesting. Two songs from the same album in a row. Also interesting because, as sacrilegious as it may sound, I've never been all that into Beneath Medicine Tree. I know, I know, every Copeland fan is supposed to love it but it just doesn't do much for me. The only songs I ever really listen to regularly are this one, "Brightest," and "When Finally Set Free.")
28000th track: Margot & the Nuclear So and So's - The Ocean (Is Bleeding Salt)
29000th track: Yeah Yeah Yeahs - Soft Shock
30000th track: Arcade Fire - Lenin (I listened to this song before I ever really decided if I liked Arcade Fire. Maybe I should revisit it now. I can't remember it at all.)
31000th track: 1997 - Droppin' Dimes
32000th track: Margot & the Nuclear So and So's - My Baby (Shoots Her Mouth Off)
33000th track: Paper Moon - Say It's All Over (What the fuck is this?!? Seriously, I have no idea. NO IDEA!)
34000th track: The Decemberists - California One/Youth and Beauty Brigade
35000th track: The Decemberists - Won't Want for Love (Margaret in the Taiga)
36000th track: The Dresden Dolls - My Alcoholic Friends
37000th track: Bright Eyes - Weather Reports
38000th track: Mandy Moore - Nothing Everything
39000th track: St. Vincent - Laughing with a Mouth of Blood
40000th track: She & Him - Black Hole
41000th track: The Dresden Dolls - Shores of California
42000th track: The Hush Sound - Hospital Bed Crawl
43000th track: Agent Ribbons - The Boy with the Wooden Lips
44000th track: She & Him - I Was Made for You
45000th track: Now It's Overhead - Let Up (I WILL NEVER GET TIRED OF THIS SONG!!! <3 <3 <3)
46000th track: Carina Round - For Everything a Reason
47000th track: Art Of Time Ensemble featuring Sarah Slean - I'll Never Tear You Apart
48000th track: Beach House - Tokyo Witch
49000th track: No Doubt - Six Feet Under
50000th track: She & Him - Thieves
51000th track: She & Him - Brand New Shoes (Two songs from the same album in a row again. But it's not surprising; the album was released the month I reached these track counts so I was obsessing over it pretty hard.)
52000th track: Iamamiwhoami - O (AMAZING! SO HAPPY TO HAVE IAM... REPRESENTED HERE!)
53000th track: Jeniferever - Sparrow Hills (I'm kind of sad St. Gallen doesn't show up anywhere here. I've certainly listened to it enough times. But this song is very good too. You can't go wrong with Jeniferever at all, really.)
54000th track: Nina Nastasia - Why Don't You Stay Home
55000th track: The Morning Of - The Hourglass
56000th track: Grammatics - Inkjet Lakes
57000th track: The Narrative - Waiting Room
58000th track: Ra Ra Riot - Too Dramatic (Gah. I wish I liked this album more. Or even hated it more! As it is, I'm so frustratingly neutral on it.)
59000th track: Jenny and Johnny - Big Wave
60000th track: Azure Ray - Signs in the Leaves
61000th track: Straylight Run - Another Word for Desperate
62000th track: The Antlers - Atrophy (Yay! Though not my favorite on the album, it's still epic and amazing.)
63000th track: Azure Ray - These White Lights Will Bend to Make Blue
64000th track: Fever Ray - Triangle Walks (Another band I've tried too many times to get into. It's just not happening. I like "When I Grow Up" but most of this album and also The Knife's stuff is just too creepy for me to enjoy.)
65000th track: Owen Pallett - Red Sun No. 5
66000th track: The Decemberists - This Is Why We Fight
67000th track: Bright Eyes - Jejune Stars (One of my current favorites on the new Bright Eyes. Also, very faint and brief Andy LeMaster backing vocals. Yay! I'll take what I can get of his voice, even if it's only ten seconds.)

And now I am going to link to the website where I can get these stats because every freaking time I want to use it I forget what it is and then have to go on a wild Google goose chase for it.
